Math Frog is a fun, interactive web site that teaches students from grades 4 - 6 different math concepts using interactive lessons and games. There are also printable worksheets that accompany each lesson and could be subsequently used to supplement the on-line experience.

Although they recommend it be used from grades 4-6, I used Math Frog with my grade 7 students when we were re-visiting Decimals and long division.
